I have to give a huge shout out to Palco’s Florist in Warren. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond for a last minute arrangement that I needed today. Family owned business, mom and daughter Jackie are the best and they are so grateful for their customers. Great prices, beautiful flowers, and will work with you on whatever you want arranged. Thank you Palco’s...you will get my business every time!!!

Another hidden gem in Warren. In the 2nd generation of ownership Palco's Florist offers creativity and individual service with that small mom and pop feel. I had them make my mothers 80th birthday floral arrangement. I had a price point and what my Mums favorite flowers were. They did the rest! My mother was so happy with the flowers, and there will never be another arrangement like it.

Can't say enough great things about this place! There is zero chance I do floral business with anyone else within a 100 mile radius! Sweet and caring and on the spot with great communication. They went above and beyond on Mother's day when everyone else was closed or rude to me in the phone. Amanda cared enough to call me back repeatedly to ensure all the details were accurate. Jacki the owner delivered them personally in the late afternoon.. on Mother's day! She sent me pictures of the flowers and she called me once more to make sure she was in the right place before leaving them for mom. ..since they were left at the front desk (with my okay) she texted me this morning to ask if mom did indeed get her gift! If you need flowers, buy from this family!

This place is amazing! They provided me prompt, excellent service on a Sunday afternoon to deliver flowers to a funeral home They also went the further mile to send me a picture of what the arrangement looked like 😎

I went her on Valentines day and I got something for all the women in my family, the owner and her staff are very genuine and they have great customer service. I think I just found some new friends

Excellent service and beautiful arrangements! I ordered last minute on Mothers day and they delivered the flowers very quickly even though they were busy. Highly recommend going here for all floral arrangements! Note: the only editing made to the photo below was to block out the text on the cards

Edited review 5/10/25: They have the most unique Mother’s Day arrangements! Home-style service on a really cool farm. The parrot that lives there is reason enough to stop by and say “Hello, Palco’s!” They have flowers, antiques, candy, even horse manure if you need fertilizer! I do suggest you call ahead if you’re looking for something specific, though! I stopped in today and had a great time browsing their cards while I waited for my flowers to be wrapped. They literally have a card for every occasion! Very unique mix of old and new. Cute little antiques placed all around really make for a homey vibe. Every time I go, the same people are working there! Pretty cool! I'll never shop at a chain store again!

Palco's offered me great service. The flower arrangement was exactly what I asked for. There was great communication with Jackilyn, she kept me posted on delivery and even sent a picture of the arrangement. I will definitely choose Palco's again in the future !
